Visual arts in Italian carnivals and their interrelationship
The aim of the study is to systematise the key visual forms of artistic expression that shape the unique environment of the carnival. Particular attention is paid to the interaction of these elements in the context of the principle of ‘figure and background’ as a model of visual perception, which is considered as a metaphor for the perception of the visual field. The author analyses how traditional and contemporary visual art forms influence the perception of carnival performances and contribute to cultural representation; ways of integrating traditional craft practices with contemporary materials and artistic solutions are considered. The study is based on an interdisciplinary approach that includes an analysis of historical, artistic, and anthropological aspects. The main sources of data are artistic images, historical chronicles, scientific research, and the author's own observations.

Archival and investigative files of A.V. Barchenko and G.I. Bokiy as a source of information about the "United Labor Brotherhood"
The criminal cases of the leaders of the secret soviet occultist society The United Labor Brotherhood contain information about the structure and culture of this society. However, this information is distorted. Analysis of the notes made by investigators helps separate reliable information from falsifications. Notes made by KGB investigators during the rehabilitation process have been uncovered. Other notes reveal the NKVD's goal – simulating the vasonic conspiracy within the OGPU. This allows this information to be disregarded when analyzing the culture of the secret society. The remaining information suggests that the secret society was a means of escaping into another world, a play to occultism.

The development of Fine Line tattoo style as a cultural phenomenon of a new generation
This article explores the Fine Line style in tattoo art as a significant cultural phenomenon reflecting the ideological attitudes and aesthetic preferences of a new generation. The aim of the study is to analyze the development of this style not only as a technical innovation, but also as a complex sociocultural phenomenon that marks the transformation of attitudes toward bodily practices in modern society. The empirical base consists of the author's tattoo sketches, representing the main thematic and technical characteristics of the style. The study utilizes an interdisciplinary methodology combining visual semiotic analysis to identify the denotative and connotative meanings of the images, a formal-stylistic approach to describing technical features and aesthetic parameters, a cultural interpretation to understand visual motifs in the context of contemporary culture, and a contextual analysis of the role of digital platforms in shaping aesthetic canons. The study's results demonstrate that Fine Line represents a symbolic system encoding the values of individualization, conscious self-construction, and distancing from aggressive subcultural symbolism. Its minimalist style, graphic delicacy, and intimate scale correspond to the logic of the mediated everyday life of Generation Z, where visual expression becomes a tool for personal narrative. The choice of characteristic motifs—solar, natural, and astrological—reflects a desire for authenticity, environmental awareness, and spiritual quest. The style's cultural significance lies in its redefinition of the tattoo's function: from a marker of marginality to a legitimate form of artistic expression and articulation of individual identity. The study confirms the key role of digital platforms in the dissemination of Fine Line's aesthetics and its integration into contemporary art. The results obtained can be used in further studies of visual culture, the sociology of youth, art history, and cultural anthropology to understand the mechanisms of cultural production and the circulation of visual codes in contemporary society.
Key words: Fine Line, tattoo art, visual culture, Generation Z, body practices, minimalism, identity, digital age, cultural phenomenon, self-expression.

An examination of the film "The Joys of the Bazaar" from the perspective of the Chinese nation's community
Bazaar Joy, a Xinjiang-themed film produced by Tianshan Film Studio set in the Kashgar region, narrates the story of a centuries-old ethnic musical instrument. Beyond winning the “Golden Mountain Tea Award” for Best Music at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Film Festival, its core value lies in constructing a narrative framework that fosters the consciousness of the ‘Chinese National Community’ through imagery. This paper employs a “cultural identity – emotional cohesion” analytical framework, examining three dimensions: the public space narrative of the bazaar, the expression of ethnic musical instruments and music as symbols, and the portrayal of everyday characters. It analyzes how the film integrates Xinjiang’s regional cultural characteristics with the shared values of the Chinese nation through displays of folk customs, detailed depictions, and narratives of conflict resolution. The study reveals the film’s narrative strategies and communicative value in promoting cultural identity and emotional consensus among ethnic groups, offering a creative reference for Xinjiang-themed films in the new era that seek to embody the concept of the ‘Chinese National Community’.
Key words: Joys of the Bazaar, commonality of the Chinese nation, the narrative of ethnic unity, cultural identity, emotional consolidation.

Youth as a social risk group in the context of modern transformation processes
The article presents a comprehensive analysis of youth as a social risk group in the context of modern transformation processes. The youth environment as a part of the social stratum has always been exposed to multiple risks and vulnerabilities that lead to global and local changes. The application of an interdisciplinary approach in the article allows us to identify key risk factors, among which special attention is paid to institutional instability, manifested in the crisis of traditional institutions of socialization.; economic precarization, which is expressed in the growth of non-standard forms of employment and delayed maturation; digital transformation, which generates new identity challenges; as well as socio-cultural disintegration, leading to a value crisis.
The methodological basis of the research combines quantitative and qualitative analysis, as well as a theoretical interpretation of modern social processes. Empirical evidence indicates an increase in alarming trends among young people, which shows signs of value disorientation and identity crisis. In particular, there is a decrease in the level of trust in the main social institutions, and an increase in symptoms of depression and emotional burnout over the past decades. The materials of the article are of considerable value to a wide range of specialists - sociologists, psychologists, educators, social workers and developers of youth policy. The results obtained can be used in the formation of state youth support programs and corporate youth policy in organizations, the development of preventive measures in educational institutions, and the creation of corporate social projects.

State Social policy in addressing homelessness in Russia: challenges, prospects, and recommendations
The relevance of this study lies in the fact that protecting homeless persons remains a key area of public authority work today. Homelessness in Russia is one of the most pressing social challenges, affecting not only specific population groups but also society as a whole. The authors' goal is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing legislative initiatives aimed at addressing homelessness, as well as their impact on society, and to present proposals for improving their effectiveness. The scientific novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive analysis of homelessness in Russia, including its current status, legislative initiatives, the role of the Public Chamber, criticism from NGOs, international experience, the effectiveness of social policy, and recommendations for improving public policy. Ultimately, the study aims to identify prospects for resolving homelessness and formulate a more effective public strategy to improve the quality of life of vulnerable groups. Practical Significance of the Study. As part of a comprehensive approach to addressing homelessness, the authors believe the creation and systematic funding of a network of specialized temporary accommodation centers for individuals experiencing homelessness should be a priority and strategically important measure. To effectively address homelessness, the authors propose organizing comprehensive monitoring in three key areas. The first is a quantitative count of individuals experiencing homelessness, which should include annual registry studies, sample sociological surveys, and an analysis of social service data. The second is a qualitative analysis of the problem, which involves studying the causes of homelessness, assessing the effectiveness of existing support measures, and identifying the most vulnerable social groups. The third area is territorial differentiation, which requires a comparative analysis of the situation in various regions, taking into account the specifics of the urban environment.
Key words: homelessness, social work, social policy, vulnerable groups, political science, legislative initiatives.

The management model as a development factor for digital leadership in the public administration system
The article examines the problem of forming and developing digital leadership in the public authorities of the Russian Federation within the framework of the digital transformation of the state and municipal governance system. Based on a sociological analysis and the author's expert work experience in human resources structures of government bodies, it is determined that one of the barriers to transformation is the outdated hierarchical management model («Weberian» bureaucracy), which significantly affects the speed and efficiency of technology adoption in the public sector. The contradiction between the project-network model of society in the context of digitalization and the linear-functional structure of the public administration system is revealed, and the role of digital leaders within this system is defined.

Organizational culture as a factor of successful implementation of electronic document management systems in the public sector
This article analyzes the impact of organizational culture on digital transformation processes within the public sector, using the implementation of the Krasnodar Krai state information system «Unified Interdepartmental Electronic Document Management System of the Executive Authorities of the Krasnodar Krai» as a case study.
The relevance of the study is determined by the need to resolve the contradiction between state digitalization programs and the real organizational-technological problems hindering the effective implementation of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) in public institutions. The core issue is systemic resistance to change, leading to the persistence of hybrid document management, low employee engagement, and consequently, an incomplete realization of document management digitalization potential.
The research aims to identify cultural barriers impeding the successful implementation of an EDMS, followed by the development of a set of management solutions to overcome them. Achieving this goal is ensured through the sequential resolution of several tasks: examining specific cultural barriers using the example of the Krasnodar Krai State Budgetary Institution "Center for Sports Development"; developing an algorithm for transforming organizational culture in the context of EDMS implementation; and formulating a set of practical recommendations for public institutions.
The methodological basis of the research comprises organizational culture diagnostic concepts (by T. Deal, C. Handy, G. Hofstede in the Western tradition; and by M.I. Bodrova, V.A. Kolosov, O.G. Tikhomirova in the Russian tradition), applied to analyze EDMS implementation challenges. Works on records management and electronic document theory (by Y.N. Stolyarov, I.L. Bachilo, M.V. Larin, Y.I. Sigidov, A.I. Trubilin) were also examined.
The study identified three main problems: excessive centralization of decision-making, outdated bureaucratic procedures, and staff resistance to new technologies. Document analysis, observation, and the development of recommendations enabled the identification of specific measures to improve the situation.
As a solution, an algorithm for managing organizational culture change is proposed, encompassing diagnosis, planning, technical preparation, implementation, control, and optimization. The developed set of recommendations is aimed at transforming organizational culture from a hindering factor into a driving force for the effective implementation of EDMS.
Key words: organizational culture, electronic document management, digital transformation, public sector, implementation of electronic document management systems, resistance to change, change management, hybrid document management.

The attitude towards the police in Russian society as a condition for the formation of professional consciousness of law enforcement officers (based on the survey materials)
The article offers for consideration the results of an empirical study of the influence of attitudes in society towards such a social institution as the police on the formation of professional consciousness of law enforcement officers, the structure of professional consciousness, the impact on social practice, the functions of professional consciousness, the influence of socio-ideological attitudes on the effectiveness of official activities, consideration of values, motives and ways of forming attitudes towards the police. In modern society, almost at the level of any profession, there are mechanisms of reproduction that determine not only the transfer of knowledge and skills necessary for professional activity, but also the formation of a special professional identity, as well as the transfer of specific worldviews and personal qualities. When conducting the questionnaire, we assumed that professionalization as a process of assimilation of group concepts characteristic of the professional community begins at the stage of external acquaintance with the profession and its representatives, and is further implemented through an extensive system of social practices and focuses on the assessments of those people in whose interests the relevant social institution is created and operates.
Key words: social institution, police as a social institution, internal affairs bodies, professional consciousness, attitude to the police, sociological research, questionnaire survey.

The impact of blogging on the formation of youth opinions about invasive aesthetic correction procedures
The article presents an analysis of blogging as one of the forms of mass media, which has become widespread in the modern media space and is the most popular among young people. Dissatisfaction with one's own appearance and the desire to meet "beauty standards" lead young people to actively seek to change their appearance by relying on the content provided by bloggers and resorting to invasive and non-invasive cosmetic procedures. A sociological study aimed at studying the attitude of young people towards bloggers and their opinions, as well as studying the types of content that contribute to the growing popularity of aesthetic and correctional procedures among Russian-speaking young people, conducted using survey methods and content analysis, allowed us to identify the types of video content related to aesthetic surgery and invasive body correction methods presented by bloggers. The results obtained can serve as a basis for developing a critical attitude among modern Russian youth towards aesthetic correction procedures and their consequences.
Key words: blogging, blogger, youth, beauty standards, aesthetic and correctional procedures, social attitudes.

Reflection on models of spatial governance: historical evolution, practical dilemmas, and institutional innovation
Spatial governance in human society is characterized by continuous evolution—from the regulation of natural space and the control of market space to the emergence of shared intelligent space, reflecting the gradual transformation of modes of social production, power structures, and governance concepts. In the era of intellectualization, spatial governance faces four major practical dilemmas: structural imbalance among actors, insufficient integration of objects, weak technological support, and a crisis of legitimacy, which constrain governance efficiency, equity, and sustainable development. To address these challenges, systematic governance mechanisms should be established: at the actor level, promoting multi-stakeholder collaboration and participatory empowerment; at the object level, achieving the integration of virtual and real spaces and holistic spatial coordination; at the technological level, enhancing balanced support and digital inclusion; at the legitimacy level, ensuring technology for good and ethics first. Through the synergistic innovation of institutions, technology, and ethics, it is essential to elevate the level of spatial governance, realize resource sharing and the Internet of Things, thereby providing practical guidance for public governance in an intelligent society.
Key words: spatial governance, intelligent society, collaborative governance, technological empowerment.

The Impact of digital communication platforms on the transformation of social relations in modern society
This study analyzes the transformational processes in the structure of social connections under the influence of digital communication platforms. The relevance of this work stems from the need to rethink classical concepts of social capital in the context of the digitalization of social relations. Key characteristics of digital platforms as a medium for social interaction are examined, and changes in the structure and quality of social connections in the online environment are analyzed. The dual consequences of digitalization are noted: the expansion of opportunities for communication and community are combined with the risks of social isolation, the formation of echo chambers, and the deterioration of interpersonal relationships. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of contemporary changes in social structure and can serve as a basis for developing strategies for the development of a digital society.

The socio-philosophical meaning of the emergence of language as a sign system
The influence of language on the development of social relations is evidenced, first and foremost, by the fact that language is one of the consolidating factors in the formation of nations and the strengthening of ties between them. Language is, on the one hand, a prerequisite and condition for the emergence of nations, as well as a condition for the development of social relations, but on the other hand, it is a result of this process. This is also evidenced by the role of language in the spiritual, cultural, educational, and upbringing activities of society, as language is a tool and means of transmitting knowledge, skills, cultural-historical, and other traditions from generation to generation, and an instrument of societal socialization.

Construction of a prosocial behavior evaluation system for college students from the perspective of inter interaction determinism
Interacting Determinism, a seminal theoretical framework in psychology proposed by Abraham Bandura, emphasizes the dynamic interplay among individuals, behaviors, and their environments. To address the limitations of existing evaluation systems in assessing these interactions, this study develops a comprehensive assessment framework for college students 'prosocial behaviors. The framework requires thorough analysis of existing models and employs multidimensional indicator selection methods to holistically evaluate individual characteristics, behavioral patterns, and environmental influences. Key components include cognitive/emotional factors, behavioral frequency and impact, as well as family, school, and social environments, with each indicator's weight scientifically determined. This system provides actionable guidance for ideological education, campus culture development, and personal growth, ultimately fostering holistic student development and societal progress.

The work of Dashi Namdakov and the theme of nomadology in the philosophy of postmodernism
This article analyzes the connection between the work of renowned Buryat artist Dashi Namdakov and the theme of nomadism in postmodern philosophy. From the perspective of fundamental concepts of nomadology—nomad, rhizome, movement, mobility, warrior, intellectual, and confrontation—the most significant works are examined: the sculptures "Element," "Goal," "Genghis Khan," and "Energy." Philosophical foundations for the synthesis of historical memory and national idea: key characteristics
This article analyzes the interaction between historical memory and national idea in the socio-cultural and socio-political space of Russian society. It emphasizes that historical memory is one of the key system-forming and meaning-creating elements of the national idea, conveying a system of values and symbols for the purpose of shaping national identity. An important aspect of this issue is that before an idea is formed, it is extracted from the past, reinterpreted, and transformed into powerful images and narratives. Thus, the national idea interprets and structures the past, "using" it to realize its core functions: consolidation, mobilization, and legitimation. It is concluded that historical memory is a key factor in the formation of the national idea, as confirmed by periods of Russian history. Therefore, "living" historical memory represents a potential national idea that can be actualized in the socio-cultural and socio-political space.
Key words: historical memory, consolidation, mobilization, national idea, synthesis.

The problem of historical memory in the age of digitalization: transforming the collective understanding of the past
This article examines the transformation of historical memory in the context of the digitalization of modern society. The relevance of this work stems from the growing threats to the integrity of national identity associated with changing methods of perceiving and transmitting historical knowledge in the digital environment, as well as the intensification of information attacks aimed at falsifying key events in Russian history. The aim of this study is to analyze the semiotic and rhetorical mechanisms of historical memory in the digital age, identify factors threatening its preservation, and develop strategies to counteract destructive tendencies. The article examines changes in the symbolic systems of transmitting historical experience, the erosion of traditional social frameworks of memory, the deepening intergenerational divide, and the problem of information sovereignty in the digital space. It substantiates the need for a systemic approach to preserving historical memory, uniting the efforts of state institutions, the educational system, public organizations, and families.
Key words: historical memory, digitalization, national identity, intergenerational communication, falsification of history, digital generations.

Neuroethics: at the intersection of neuroscience, medicine, philosophy, and law in the era of uncovering the secrets of the brain
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of neuroethics, a new interdisciplinary field that emerged in the wake of revolutionary discoveries in neuroscience. It examines the historical background to its development, key issues related to the use of neurotechnology, and the ethical, medical, legal, and social consequences of interventions in the human brain. Particular attention is paid to issues of free will, privacy of thoughts, cognitive enhancement, and personality modification. The article aims to systematize the main challenges facing society and outline possible paths to developing a regulatory framework for the safe and ethical development of neuroscience.
The relevance of neuroethics lies in its position at the forefront of the collision between technological revolution and human nature. It is not just an academic discipline, but an urgent necessity, an attempt to build a bridge between unbridled technological progress and the preservation of fundamental human values—freedom, privacy, dignity, and justice. We stand on the threshold of changes comparable in scale to the discovery of atomic energy, and neuroethics helps us avoid the mistakes of the past by managing the power of our own minds with the utmost responsibility.
The novelty of the proposed neuroethics topic lies in its ability, for the first time in history, to address the possibility of direct technological intervention into the substratum of human consciousness—mind reading, personality modification, and behavioral control—which calls into question traditional philosophical and legal categories of free will and privacy. It offers a fundamentally new interdisciplinary approach, integrating neuroscience, law, and philosophy to address previously unexistent issues, such as the ethics of neuroenhancement, the protection of "mental integrity," and the legal status of brain data. Unlike classical bioethics, neuroethics focuses on managing not the life of the body, but the very content and mechanisms of the human psyche, making the realm of internal, subjective experience subject to external regulation and technological manipulation.
Key words: artificial intelligence, digitalization of healthcare, bioethics, medical ethics, neuroethics, data privacy, neuromarketing, neurotechnology.
