Intercultural dialogue in UNESCO educational strategy
Main trends in inclusion of intercultural dialogue into educational strategy of UNESCO are regarded, basing primarily upon analysis of both strategic (Constitution, Medium-term Strategy 2022-2029) and tactical (Vision Statement of UNO Secretary-General on Transforming Education, Fortaleza Declaration, Santiago Consensus) documents of UNESCO. It is provided in theoretical terms by systematic application of such constructs as pragmaticity, instrumentality and cyclicity, and by shifting focal points in the four-stage (cognitive, behavioral, communicative, and personal dynamics). education scheme in the corresponding direction. In practical terms, systematic promotion of peculiarities of local cultural diversity in forming the classes, as well as the teaching staff, seems to belong to the foremost trends, accompanied by revision of curricula of different levels in order to reflect diversity in the most concise way, as well as the introduction of methods and skills of working in multicultural environment into teacher training.
Key words: UNESCO, medium-term strategy, education, formation, cultural diversity, intercultural dialogue.

Women’s film in Russian Cinema: posthumanist subjectivity, neo-mythologism, and the visual simulacrum
This study examines the phenomenon of the “women’s film” in contemporary Russian cinema from posthumanist and neo-mythological perspectives. The focus is on how female subjectivities are constructed on screen, encompassing multiple identities, processuality, and the fragmentation of characters, as well as the role of corporeality, affect, and the simulacrum. The paper provides an overview of theoretical approaches related to posthumanism, poststructuralist feminism, and visual simulacra, alongside an analysis of cinematic strategies for representing unstable identities and destabilizing traditional gender and mythological archetypes. The author closely investigates the cinematic practices of Russian directors such as K. Muratova, L. Sadilova, and N. Meshchaninova, who demonstrate various models of posthumanist female subjectivity: from ontological vulnerability and social constraints to affective-corporeal presence that transcends classical humanist discourse. Particular attention is given to visual strategies of demythologization and the deconstruction of archetypal images, revealing the constructed and contingent nature of traditional notions of femininity. The aim of the study is to show how the domestic “women’s film” functions as a space of visual philosophy, where the boundaries of subjectivity, myth, and the human are reconsidered, and to identify the possibilities for the further development of cinematic practice reflecting posthumanist cultural transformations.
Key words: cinema, women’s film, posthumanism, neo-mythologism, visual simulacrum, female subjectivity, Russian cinema, affect, deconstruction of gender archetypes.

Practice and exploration of the “Stage + Classroom” dual-driven model in University music education
To implement the practical path of “strengthening ability cultivation” outlined in “Chinese-style educational modernization,” university music education urgently needs to break through traditional teaching models. Based on years of teaching practice and competition achievements in the music major at Xinjiang Normal University, this paper systematically constructs a “Stage + Classroom” dual-driven teaching model. Research shows that through the tripartite practical framework of “curriculum restructuring – teaching method innovation – evaluation mechanism reform,” this model can effectively promote the systematic transformation of stage achievements into teaching resources, realizing a virtuous cycle of “promoting learning through competition, promoting teaching through competition, and promoting reform through performance.” Practice has verified that this model significantly enhances students’ professional skills, stage presence, and comprehensive literacy.
Key words: Stage + classroom, dual model, music education, competitive teaching promotion, practical path.

Creative project as a cultural dialogue
This article explores the conceptualization of the creative project as a key form of cultural dialogue in the context of contemporary hybrid and digital culture. The author views the creative project not as a closed artifact, but as an open process model whose essential property is dialogicity. Drawing on a synthesis of methodologies from dialogic philosophy (M.M. Bakhtin), the sociology of art (P. Bourdieu), the theory of reflexive modernization (E. Giddens, W. Beck), and theories of intermediality, this paper examines the project's structural and functional characteristics. The paper traces its historical evolution–from the totalizing utopias of modernism to the networked and participatory practices of today, where dialogue becomes an ethical imperative. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the project's life cycle, in which all stages–from conception to archiving–are permeated with dialogues at various levels (intertextual, intercultural, socially engaged, etc.). It is concluded that the creative project serves as a concentrated model and laboratory for cultural dialogue, acting as a catalyst for change and providing cultural studies with an effective tool for analyzing processes of hybridization, collaboration, and the transformation of authorship in the contemporary world.
Key words: project, creativity, creative project, dialogue of cultures, cultural dialogue, dialogicity, dialogical philosophy, project paradigm, cultural analysis.

Attribution of Jean-Louis Voille’s portrait paradigm: the genealogy of commission in the Gatchina circle of Paul Petrovich
The article proposes an interdisciplinary approach to the study of Jean-Louis Voille's body of work, based on a synthesis of attribution methodology and discourse analysis of artistic commission. By considering the Gatchina entourage of Paul Petrovich not merely as a circle of patrons but as an autonomous socio-cultural project, the author reveals a structural correspondence between its ideological tenets (privacy, anti-ceremonialism, domesticity) and the formal characteristics of Voille's portraits. Using comparative analysis and technological examination data, the study revises a number of attributions, demonstrating how the artist's "stylistic signature" serves as a semiotic marker of belonging to this discourse. Particular focus is placed on Voille's commission activities as an integral part of the artistic production mechanism within Paul’s circle. The conclusion presents Voille as a key mediator of the visual language of a specific court subculture, whose work represents its values at the level of plastic form, thereby offering an alternative model of aristocratic representation.
Key words: Jean-Louis Voille, discourse of commission, Gatchina circle, attribution, technological examination, court subculture, portrait paradigm, visual language, Paul I, mediation.

The role of art exhibitions in fostering Russian-Chinese cultural dialogue
The relevance of this topic is determined by the development of the cultural dialogue between Russia and China within the space of the international art market as a cultural phenomenon. To study this dialogue, an analysis of art exhibitions implemented as part of independent initiatives, cultural exchanges, and intercultural institutional solutions is proposed. The main trends and the role of exhibition activities in strengthening intercultural ties are identified, as well as their significance for forming a common cultural space and conducting an effective Russian-Chinese dialogue. The key participants in intercultural interaction have been identified, including state institutions such as the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing and the Chinese Cultural Center in Moscow; museums – the State Tretyakov Gallery and the National Art Museum of China; universities – Saint Petersburg State University and Nanjing Normal University; and various galleries, among others. Based on projects from recent years, including the reciprocal Years of Culture (2024–2025), specific exhibitions were examined ("Soul of Russia" in Beijing, exhibitions of Chinese art in Moscow, as well as the activities of groups such as AES+F). It was found that the established dialogue facilitates the mutual enrichment of cultures without the loss of national identity and forms a common cultural space.
Key words: Russia, China, dialogue of cultures, art exhibition, art market, art, institutionalization, museum, State Tretyakov Gallery, AES+F, Russian House in Beijing, cultural exchange.

Raphael through the eyes of Bryullov: the problem of interpreting the renaissance ideal in the artistic consciousness of the 19th century
The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the reception of Raphael Santi's work in the artistic consciousness of Karl Pavlovich Bryullov in the context of the evolution of the Russian academic school of the first half of the 19th century. The article examines the transformation of the perception of the Renaissance ideal from normative adherence to the canon in the classical era to its creative reinterpretation during the crisis of the academic system and the establishment of a romantic worldview. The author proves that Bryullov's appeal to the legacy of Raphael is a synthesis of academic tradition and an individually personal, romantic vision, which allows us to talk about the formation of a new model of dialogue with the legacy of the Old Masters. The paper identifies the specific mechanisms of this dialogue: the transformation of Renaissance principles of harmony, plasticity and composition in the context of a romantic worldview. Special attention is paid to Bryullov's place among such interpreters of Raphael as F.A. Bruni, A.A. Ivanov and P.V. Basin, which makes it possible to identify the uniqueness of his artistic strategy. Using the example of the artist's key works ("The Last Day of Pompeii", "Bathsheba"), it is demonstrated how the legacy of the High and Late Renaissance (in particular, the Venetian school) is creatively assimilated to solve new artistic problems. It is concluded that the figure of Raphael served for Bryullov not only as a reference point, but also as a field for artistic controversy, which allows us to speak about a complex, multifaceted process of reinterpretation of the Renaissance ideal, characteristic of the crisis era of the academic system.

Military culture of 16th-century Germany: the role of Landsknechts
This article presents an analysis of the influence of the Landsknecht phenomenon on 16th-century German military culture. The aim of the study is to identify the role of Landsknechts in the development of military culture in Early Modern Germany, primarily as a new socio-political phenomenon. The article analyzes the social and class composition of the Landsknecht community, the definition of Landsknechts as a class, and the presence of distinctive traditions and cultural attitudes within the mercenary community that could be considered distinctive to this cultural group.
The article draws on the works of the humanist and songwriter Adam Reisner, who accompanied German troops during the storming of Rome in 1527, and the imperial military adviser Leonhard Fronsperger, which describe episodes in which elements of the mercenary army's own culture were manifested.
Key words: Landsknechts, Holy Roman Empire, mercenaries, military culture, Renaissance culture.

The role of architectural mapping in the preservation of cultural and historical values
In the modern world, where urbanization and technological advances often threaten the preservation of cultural and historical heritage, architectural mapping is becoming an important tool for its protection and documentation. This article explores the role of architectural mapping in the context of preserving cultural and historical assets. The main goal of this article is to analyze current architectural mapping methods and their application in the preservation of cultural and historical sites. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive approach to examining architectural mapping not only as a documentation tool but also as a means of active cultural heritage management.
Key words: architecture, mapping, video, history, technology.

The role of religious schools in building social cohession in multicultural countries
In the context of the growing religious and cultural diversity of Western societies, discussions about the education system often raise the question of the role of religious schools in building social cohesion. The role of religion in schools is one of the most contentious issues in the West today. Some researchers argue that religious schools isolate children from mainstream society, promote segregation, xenophobia and intolerance, and also teach to uncritically perceive only the values and creeds of a particular religion, and prevent students from moving towards intellectual and moral autonomy, which is the goal of liberal education. Other scholars believe that religious educational institutions help strengthen the identity of students, teach tolerance and mutual respect, and instill values such as love, the pursuit of justice and peace, thus contributing to the formation of a cohesive society.
Key words: religious schools, social cohesion, multicultural countries, religious identity, moral autonomy.

Tengrism as a religion of the future
The modern world is at a crossroads. One option is to maintain the status quo and exacerbate the polycrisis, thereby jeopardizing the survival of humanity as a biological species. The alternative is to develop common global solutions to overcome this predicament. The key questions are: What actions are needed? Where should we start? It is proposed to begin with a transformation of worldview through education. The next step is to analyze potential alternatives to the current predatory attitude toward nature. Special attention is suggested to be given to the revival of an ancient eco sophical religion of humanity — tengrism, and its open eco sophical worldview. This traditional system of beliefs may offer valuable insights for fostering a more sustainable relationship between humanity and the natural world.
Key words: Tengrism, Tengrianism, worldview, global crisis, primordial religion, olonkho, prophets.

Analysis of communication practices of modern youth in social networks
The article analyzes the impact of communication practices in social networks on students. The positive aspects of this influence are considered, which include expanding the communication network and increasing their speed, access to professionally important information, opportunities to gain knowledge on issues of interest, engage in self-education, join volunteer movements and provide assistance to those in need, opportunities to show creativity and share informative content with everyone. Positive comments and support provided by other online communication participants allow you to gain social approval and help you deal with negative emotional states. The important need for each person to belong to a social group is satisfied through inclusion in the process of communication on a social network. Social media can enhance a person's sense of connection to real or online communities and are becoming an increasingly effective communication tool. Currently, social media has a significant impact on the process of youth socialization, encouraging young people to follow the opinions and prosocial actions of others.

Between project and flow: modernity, postmodernity, and intermodernity in the dynamics of civilizational fates
This article explores the dynamics of civilizational development through the prism of three conceptual paradigms: modernity, postmodernity, and intermodernity. It examines in detail the postmodern approach to civilizations, which shifts the focus from economic stages and objective structures to the analysis of discourses, power practices, linguistic codes, and cultural simulacra. Four characteristic features of postmodern analysis are identified: the rejection of metanarratives, decentralization and critique of hierarchies, a rhizome (network) model of organization, and the dominance of hyperreality and simulacra. The central concept of the article is intermodernity, presented as a new analytical framework emerging in the context of global interconnectedness. Intermodernity is characterized by the coexistence and conflict of the logic of modernity (order, boundaries, project) and postmodernity (fluidity, deconstruction, flow). This is an era of network structures, hybrid identities, the erosion of national sovereignty, and the transformation of classical empires into "network empires." Civilizations in intermodernity emerge as multiple, hybrid, and transnational entities, actively using global networks (media, digital platforms) to advance their value systems rooted in the "axial" past.
Key words: civilizational analysis, modernity, postmodernity, intermodernity, multiple modernities, axial age, civilization, empire, network society, hybridization, global flows, transnationality, cultural code.

Correlation between state youth policy and youth social movements in the BRICS countries: a comparative analysis
The BRICS bloc represents a significant collective force in the contemporary geopolitical landscape, uniting over 40% of the world's population with extensive youth demographic groups. The interaction between official state youth policies and the formation of youth social movements has become a critically important factor influencing the social, economic, and political trajectories of these countries. The purpose of the article is to analyze the relationships between formal youth policy and characteristics of youth social movements in BRICS countries.
Materials and Methods. The study is based on qualitative comparative analysis methodology using the «most different systems» strategy. Official youth policy documents, academic publications, sociological data, and youth movement materials from all BRICS countries were analyzed. Content analysis, discourse analysis, and comparative-historical analysis methods were applied.
Results. Five main youth policy models were identified: Russian model of state coordination, Chinese model of party management, Brazilian model of democratic participation, Indian model of digital transformation, and South African model of post-apartheid transformation. All countries recognize youth as a strategic development resource but differ in approaches to engaging youth movements.
Discussion and Conclusion. The role of social movements in shaping youth policy varies significantly: in democratic contexts, movements act as active partners of the state, while in centralized systems their role is limited to official channels. Digitalization is becoming a central element of policy in all countries, creating new opportunities for youth participation and international cooperation within BRICS.

Elderly and disabled people as an object of socio-cultural analysis
The article presents a comprehensive analysis of senior citizens and people with disabilities in the context of the socio-cultural activities of the respondents, through the prism of a biopsychosocial approach. The biological, psychological and social aspects of the lives of senior citizens and people with disabilities are considered, common parameters and specific features uniting these groups are identified. Neuropsychological indicators of the studied category of citizens were separately identified. Detailed statistics and analysis of sex and age dynamics allow us to assess the scale and structure of the studied groups. Special attention is paid to widespread stereotypes affecting the perception of the elderly and disabled in society. The research is aimed at identifying the cultural and leisure interests of citizens, their spiritual and moral values, as well as a detailed study of lifestyle, education level and degree of involvement in public life. The article examines the barriers that prevent the proper organization of leisure activities for the elderly and the disabled. These barriers include: lack of awareness of the available opportunities, lack of time, and lack of activities appropriate to their diverse interests and needs. The results of further research can contribute to the development of more effective strategies for the social and cultural integration of people with disabilities and senior citizens.
Key words: senior citizens, people with disabilities, biopsychosocial approach, socio-cultural activity, socio-cultural analysis, leisure, cultural interests, lifestyle, barriers, cultural integration, social integration.

Sociology of religion: a retrospective analysis
The article presents an analysis of sociological doctrines that are devoted to the phenomenon of faith, religiosity, and the church. The works of classics of the sociology of religion containing the conceptual foundations and dynamics of the development of faith within the framework of the social institutions of the church are considered. The article describes the process of secularization, which is relevant in Western sociological research at the end of the twentieth century. The article contains an assessment of secular ideas that reveal the essence of the substitution of religiosity by social statuses, roles, and civil institutions, in which the foundations of traditional Christianity are distorted or completely eliminated. Catholicity, as the foundation of the church's existence and development, is being replaced by an individual space of existence in which a person, "tempted by the otherworldly," finds himself alone with the spiritual challenges of existence, unable to find support in himself. As a conclusion, it is stated that secularization, spreading to the sphere of culture, changes the semiosphere of those texts that are created in it. In addition, there are many problems in the study of faith, religion and the church, primarily related to the difficulty of developing such methodological tools with which it would be possible to quantify the main aspects of human consciousness and ways of its formation based on spirituality, morality, community.

Shaping the image of a special military operation participant among young people: a regional perspective (based on the example of Krasnoyarsk krai)
This article examines the formation and perception of the image of a special military operation (SMO) participant among young people in the Krasnoyarsk Krai. The relevance of this study stems from the large-scale involvement of citizens in military operations and the subsequent pressing need for their socio-cultural rehabilitation and integration, the success of which directly depends on how they are perceived by society, particularly its most active segment–young people. The study found that the key channels for image formation among young people are the Telegram messenger and social media, while there is a shortage of positive, humanized narratives in the media.

Project model based on public-private partnership as a factor in the development of the public administration system
The article considers the problem of the formation and development of project activities on the basis of public-private partnership in the state authorities of the Russian Federation as part of the digital transformation of the state and municipal management system. Using the example of the Accounts Chamber and the Federal Treasury, it is proposed to create a system of projects using public-private partnerships capable of realizing new resources for the socio-economic development of Russia.
Based on sociological analysis, it was determined that one of the barriers to transformation is an outdated hierarchical management model, which significantly affects the speed and effectiveness of technology implementation in the public sector. The contradiction between the design model of society in the conditions of digitalization and the linear-functional structure of the public administration system is revealed, the role of public-private control in this system is determined. It is noted that public-private partnership is evolving into a mechanism for joint management of the creation (co-creation) of human capital.

The historical evolution of teenage subcultures as a mirror of political transformations
In the modern world, youth subcultures are a relevant phenomenon in society and an object of research for such sciences as sociology, political science, cultural studies, history, and social psychology.
The authors analyze the historical evolution of adolescent subcultures as a specific form of sociocultural self-identification and a reflection of the deep political transformations in society. They explore the main stages of the formation and development of adolescent subcultures in the context of changes in political regimes, ideological attitudes, and social control mechanisms. The article examines the idea that teenage subcultures act as a kind of indicator of social changes, reacting to the processes of democratization, authoritarian pressure, globalization, and digitalization.
The researchers draw conclusions about the formation and functioning of teenage subcultures in different historical periods. From the 1960s to the 1990s, teenage subcultures were highly structured. They acted as a collective response of young people to the pressure of the state, dominant cultural models. In the 2000s, the development of youth subcultures is associated with globalization and digitalization. Modern subcultures are less and less often as an opposition to the system in the literal sense, turning into a dynamic environment of identity formation.
Key words: adolescent subcultures, political transformations, identity, ideology, social control, protest practices, globalization, digitalization, and youth civic engagement.

The professional environment of municipal service: characteristics and challenges
The dynamics of the implementation and development of social relations in the structure of public authority and the value-based essence of the ongoing institutional reforms have led to the emergence of negative phenomena. This has manifested itself in the intensification of problematic areas in personnel policy and a decrease in the readiness of personnel to adapt to new conditions. The strategy of the society's successive development is ensured by a significant decrease in the conflict potential and, conversely, an increase in the consolidating directions of public authority development, where the municipal service plays an important role. The conditions for implementing reforms in all branches of government dictate that the municipal service institution must be flexible and effective in implementing personnel policy, creating an organizational culture that encourages a team of professionals to solve non-standard problems, and following the "lifelong learning" approach for employees in the municipal public service. It is important for both the state and the regions to have a unified public management system for the municipal public service. While the concept of "public service" is significant, it is not explicitly defined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation or federal legislation, which hinders the effective implementation of the public management system for the municipal public service. The municipal service is a significant element of the public service institution, which is dialectically organizationally separate and exercises authority based on local self-government, ensuring social stability at the municipal level.
Key words: professional environment, municipal public service, characteristics of municipal public service.

N.A. Berdyaev's "Russian Idea" in the Legacy of Russian Philosophical Thought
The Russian idea, this key theme of Russian philosophy, was the central subject of N.A. Berdyaev's research throughout his long creative life. The belief of great Russian spiritual leaders, thinkers, and creators—among whom A.S. Khomyakov, I.V. Kireevsky, K.N. Leontiev, V.S. Solovyov, I.A. Ilyin, and many, many others—that Russia is destined to utter the universal word awaited by its friends with hope and its enemies with fear inspires hope. Russia's return to global historical space, the recognition of its belonging to a great and unique tradition, can halt the decline of the spiritual and cultural independence of Russian civilization.
Key words: N.A. Berdyaev, Russian idea, fatherland, heritage, history, philosophical thought.

Historical experience of civilizational survival in difficult conditions: the search for a universal matrix
This article analyzes the historical experience of civilizational survival in complex and crisis situations. Based on Giambattista Vico's cyclical model, the stages of development of great civilizations–the Age of Gods, the Age of Heroes, and the Age of Men–are examined, with an analysis of their internal contradictions and factors of decline. Examples from ancient Egypt, Greece, India, and China are provided. The universality of Vico's theory is discussed, and the approaches of Oswald Spengler and Arnold Toynbee are compared. Particular attention is paid to contemporary challenges facing planetary civilization, including climate change and economic and social crises. The main obstacles to creating a universal model of civilizational survival are presented, and the key principles of resilience necessary for adaptation and the preservation of humanity's cultural and historical identity are highlighted.
Key words: civilization survival, historical experience, Vico's cyclical model, stage of societal development, sustainability, civilizational crises, global challenges, climate change, social cohesion, universal model, cultural-historical identity, civilization theories, modernization, planetary civilization, adaptation.

The question of the nature of identity in the work of Ch. Taylor and Yu. Habermas
After analyzing the discussion between Ch. By Taylor and Yu. Habermas, regarding the demands for public recognition of marginalized cultural groups in modern societies, will find that their point of view, although significant, is insufficient to characterize the situation of cultural groups, to understand the conflict without taking into account the asymmetry of power and the conditions in which they live, the materials in which they are immersed. Admittedly, the illustrated principles that Habermas advocates make multiculturalism possible, Taylor is right to point out that they are far from solving the problem of coexistence within a common political structure. Based on this, it will be concluded that it is impossible to establish a common philosophical basis for understanding the problem, but one can only realize that it is reproduced in several configurations that cannot be reduced to a single model, which allows us to understand that modernity is faced with common problems, but not with the same boundaries or limitations. opportunities. The discussion is important for understanding modern debates about multiculturalism, migration and integration, forming the basis for finding a balance between individual freedom and group solidarity.
Key words: state, discussion, identity, cultural self-determination, recognition, Taylor, Habermas.

The social activity of an elderly person as a form of being
In the context of global demographic aging, the philosophical and social significance of rethinking the ontological status of the elderly is increasing. The article argues that the social activity of an elderly person is not just a behavioral strategy, but a genuine form of being in which the existential potential of a mature personality is realized. Based on the analysis of phenomenological, existential and hermeneutic approaches, it is shown that participation in civic, cultural, creative and voluntary activities allows an elderly person to overcome the reduction of old age to biological decay and establish himself as a subject of social action. Empirical data from Russian and international studies confirm a positive correlation between the level of social inclusion and subjective well-being, meaningful life orientations and quality of life in later life. The article contributes to the development of the philosophy of active longevity as a response to the challenges of demographic transition.
Key words: old age, social activity, form of being, existence, active longevity, phenomenology of old age, hermeneutics of meaning.

Dialectics of the abstract and the concrete in the historical-philosophical analysis of the concepts of “patriotism” and “heroism”
This article reveals the methodological value of the abstract and the concrete in understanding philosophical categories, using the examples of “patriotism” and “heroism.” Special emphasis is placed on the method of the abstract and the concrete itself and on its evolutionary transformation through various historical epochs. An explanation is given of the abstract and the concrete both as terms and as a method, which they acquired at the dawn of their emergence during the period of scholasticism and in the Modern era, as well as the understanding they gained within dialectical logic in the works of Hegel and Marx. It is clarified how this method, as a scientific-theoretical approach, was developed by G. W. F. Hegel and scientifically substantiated by K. Marx. It is determined that the method of ascending from the abstract to the concrete constitutes a fundamental method of dialectical logic, through which the universal laws of objective reality are revealed. The connection between the dialectical method of ascending from the abstract to the concrete and the principle of concrete historicism is emphasized. By means of the dialectical method of ascending from the abstract to the concrete, through the prism of concrete historicism and the logical-historical approach, the only correct approach to the study of patriotism and heroism within historical reality is identified. It is determined what precisely acts as the abstract and the concrete in the course of studying the categories of patriotism and heroism.
Key words: abstract, concrete, patriotism, heroism, dialectics, logic, concrete historicism, method, antiquity, Middle Ages.

Analysis of digital transformation in media communications: a comparative study of Belarusian and Chinese models of Sovereignization
The article examines the trajectories of digital transformation in media communications in Belarus and China as representative models of non-liberal adaptation to global challenges. Based on the analysis of current practices in 2024–2025, common trends are identified: strengthening state control through algorithmization, building digital ecosystems as sovereignty infrastructure, integrating media with state services. Key differences are established: China implements a strategy of autonomous technological autarky and export of its model, Belarus – a strategy of managed integration into regional technological alliances. It is concluded that alternative digital orders are being formed, the success of which depends on the balance between control and creativity.
Key words: digital transformation, media communications, digital sovereignty, platform authoritarianism, comparative analysis, Belarus, China, algorithmization, media ecosystem.
