Methods to counteract the current christian persecution in the Middle East

The current trends and dynamics of Christian persecution in the Middle East are analyzed. Features of the Western community reaction related to this issue are specified. Existing approaches to develop the methods of persecution counteraction are revealed. The priority role of spiritual and moral preconditions of brothers and sisters in Christ discrimination is substantiated, as well as the need for a comprehensive approach to solve this problem. Taking into account these requirements the dominant role of methods to combat the root causes of persecution is argued, especially of those in the spiritual and moral realm. On the basis of these conclusions and the formulated principles of building the action framework to combat genocide, the policies to counteract Christian persecution in the Middle East are proposed, aimed at alleviating the situation of brothers and sisters in Christ on the premises of their ancestral territory.
