The heritage of wooden temple architecture in the development of state-confessional relations
The actualization of cultural heritage objects as the realization of their historical and cultural potential, and as a consequence - the introduction of objects into cultural and economic circulation, is an important long-term task in the context of the implementation of state and confessional policy. Generalization of the regional experience of actualization of monuments of wooden temple architecture on the example of the Kostroma region allows us to draw a number of important conclusions predetermined by the paradigm shift of state-confessional relations. The elimination of temples physically or the destruction of their spiritual significance for several decades had to completely stop the tradition of wooden church building. However, the wooden church continues to be an important symbol of the revival and spiritual foundation of the Russian hinterland and serves as a source of inspiration for the creation of works of art. Even now, the perception of valuable heritage monuments as objects of religious purpose or symbols of historical memory, keepers of national identity significantly transforms approaches to the preservation and use of heritage. Consideration of the process of transformation from rejection of the heritage of wooden temple architecture to awareness of the value of preserved objects allows us to analyze the scale of evolution of changes in the state and confessional policy of Russia during the XX-XXI centuries.

Issues of development of information technologies and digital provision of the population in connection with the problems of information inequality
In this paper, the issues of information illiteracy in the Russian Federation are considered as prerequisites for information and communication inequality, considered in relation to various social strata based on age and educational criteria. It is stated that the process of overcoming information inequality is characterized by unevenness at all three levels indicated in the work, which requires the formation of extreme information literacy regardless of the technical or technological equipment of users. The current situation requires not only significant material investments, but also the development of a system of educational activities both in the center and in the regions. At the same time, emphasis is placed on age aspects in order to avoid the risk of loss of communication between generations, which requires the development of a system for the widespread introduction of information and communication literacy. The main catalyst here may be the awareness of the entire population of the country of the need to master technical and technological means to their advantage.

It is suggested that consideration of such concepts will allow us to study in more detail their special connotations of the natural and the artificial, in order to discover in further research those paradigms of philosophy that have influenced and continue to influence the actions taken to solve these problems. Each of the paradigms, in turn, suggests a certain path of development, which you can try to predict and see how it is suitable for everyone personally.

Globalization processes and cultural development
The existing conceptual approaches to the globalization of culture proceed from the fact that the more the world becomes one, the greater the cultural differences. Global cultural studies, which studies these processes, understands the world not as a single system, but as a multitude of systems, focusing on the decentralized nature of the world system, recognizes heterogeneity and hybridization as the natural state of the culture of the world. The article shows that the most important principle that allows preserving the unity of diversity is the principle of equality, which means that there is no scale of evaluation of culture or hierarchy of cultures in cultural development. This is also important from the point of view of real equality in the relationship of cultures. Approaching a particular culture from the point of view of equality, careful attitude to its uniqueness, it should be noted that the development of any culture depends on the availability of necessary resources, since lack of resources causes the danger of deformation during intensive intercultural interactions. The equality of cultures can be considered as the realization of a universal principle, which in its meaning coincides with the principle of sovereignty. It serves as the basis for the State to conduct its policy and assumes, if necessary, the protection of its rights. Globalization is a process whose scale is relative. This can happen both within and between civilizations. The current stage of globalization is a process that covers the whole world, which was prepared for this at previous stages.
Key words: globalization, culture, trends, ethnicity, process, politics.
