Traditional souvenirs are special because the history of nations goes back more than a century, and during that time there have been many events that, in one way or another, have been reflected in the nation's creation. The most common and well-known souvenirs are unpretentious toys, which have a unique energy and inexplicably attract. A national toy reflects in its own way the society, way of life, mores and customs, achievements in craftsmanship, technology and art. Every nation created its own toys, conveying their world view. Toys from different countries and continents are different and unique, but there are some common features. Many nations of the world have similar toys, with similar designs, figures and decorations. This similarity is explained by the commonality of cultural traditions: a common nature of the aesthetic sense.

The article examines the issue of justifying M.M. Bakhtin's theory of the relationship between the author and the hero at different and later stages of the development of this concept. The author focuses on the fact that, within the framework of his explanatory model, M.M. Bakhtin combined the category of “being” with human behavior, positioning the individual as a special value center of the architectonics of an object in aesthetic activity, and also introduced the definition of “out-of-accessibility” into scientific circulation. At the same time, the thinker was able to interpret the phenomenon of human life as a cultural phenomenon within the framework of his perception. Within the framework of the described system of interpretation of the text (as a set of interrelated signs) M.M. Bakhtin was able to argue the thesis that if the creator wants to reveal his image, he must become in relation to himself in a position of being outside, looking at himself from the outside. This position gives the subject the opportunity to identify with another person, with a subsequent return to the author's vision.

Destruction of temples: barbarism, robbery or competition
Temples are not just a cultural universal, they convey the sacred meaning of the cultural code, created not only by people, but also by the place where this or that structure associated with any religion is located. The destruction of temples has always been an attempt at self-assertion by those who committed this act, regardless of what motives were driving them: geopolitical or selfish. In many processes of destruction of temples, a recoil wave was found after a short time. But this no longer saved the disappeared monuments. Hence, it is important that in the complex of monuments of world cultural significance, monuments of spiritual significance that preserve the sacred meanings of the cultural code are highlighted in a special line.
Key words: religion, politics, cultural heritage, temples, conflict, war.
