State-confessional relations in the preservation of the temple heritage

One of the important tasks of public administration, including state-confessional relations, is the preservation of cultural heritage sites. Material evidence of past eras - buildings, structures, archaeological sites, complexes and ensembles, places of interest, become universally recognized values when their material value begins to give way to spiritual significance. Often, due to the long, sometimes centuries-old life span of cultural heritage objects, their functional content repeatedly changes throughout their existence, which, in turn, can significantly complicate the preservation of this heritage for subsequent generations. The issue of preservation of monuments of wooden temple architecture, or wooden architecture, is particularly acute at the moment. The analysis of this area in order to form practically valuable proposals is the purpose of the study, the preliminary results of which are presented in the article.

Key words: state-confessional relations, wooden architecture, heritage, temple heritage, actualization of heritage.

The problem of social variability

The article is devoted to the problem of social change. A person encounters them both during his biological growth, and in an effort to rationalize his life difficulties or organize a social career. And although each of these moments is different from the others, they are united by a quantitative and qualitative paradigm: "occurrence, increase, decrease, repetition, development." The article is devoted to the analysis of various concepts of the transformation of society, in which "social changes" are defined primarily as changes occurring in social systems, a certain continuum of time and space. These changes manifest themselves in the following forms: formation, emergence, growth, decline, disappearance, transitional periods, transformation, etc. The direction of changes in social systems is interpreted in different ways: cyclical, linear, etc. If we talk about the existing tradition of typology of social changes in science, the following types are usually distinguished: revolutions, reforms, modernization, transformation, movements and some others.

Such public attention is not accidental and is caused by the search for meanings in the conditions of the increasing Russophobes agenda in the international political space. Social risks of technosphere development

The article raises the issue, which was figuratively expressed in the third law of the writer Arthur C. Clarke, which is that "any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." The paradoxical nature of the technological development of society lies in the fact that as the technical capabilities expand, the technosphere absorbs more and more practices that are unthinkable and previously imagined, fantastic. Their implementation dramatically transforms the life of society, creating new imbalances in it and provoking social neuroses on a technological basis.

Key words: society, progress, technosphere, risks, technological education.

Sociocultural adaptation of migrants: conceptualization, stages and their dynamics

The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of studying the problem of the dynamics of the stages of socio-cultural adaptation of migrants in a foreign cultural environment. The concepts of culture shock, sociocultural adaptation curve and dynamics of adaptation stages are considered. The main conceptual ideas of researchers of the dynamics of the stages of adaptation of migrants are analyzed. It is concluded that, despite the significant number of existing constructs for the dynamics of adaptation stages, most authors tend to “ideal construct” of a wavy adaptation curve, which has the dynamics of an alternating rise and fall in the migrant’s social well-being and occurs over a long period of time. It was revealed that a migrant can go through each stage of adaptation with varying degrees of severity or duration, taking into account a number of factors: the length of stay in another country, the level of passive and active inclusion, the availability of the necessary social capital, previous experience of migration to the host country, the degree of inclination to adapt and establish realistic adaptation goals, which can serve as a meaningful subject field for modern and future sociological research.

Key words: multicultural societies, culture shock, adaptation process curve, cultural signs, cultural codes, stages of adaptation.

«Forecourts» for playing the world and a «crusade» against philosophy

Observing the bases and "directions" of "crusades" against philosophy in the history of intellectual culture is considered. The process of emergence and historical formation of philosophy as a form of rationality and its foundation is analyzed. The formation of rationality is seen as a sequence of changing mental "platforms." Philosophical platforms of thinking are being revealedas those platforms that act like the spiritual foundations of a particular intellectual era and, at the same time, the points of spiritual rejection of this era. A new mental platform, developing the previous one, each time more and more accurately specifies the circle of spiritual phenomena, with respect to those it acts as opposition. Discussing the alleged contours of the modern thinking platform, fate of philosophy and philosophers in our time is taking place.

Key words: thinking platform, rationality, Philosophy, crusade against Philosophy, Metaphysics, science, positivism, Christianity.
