Alluring summits: a mix of holiness and fear

Mountains have always been perceived by people as the pinnacle of the spirit. They were associated with the idea of the Divine beginning of the world, of general orderliness and at the same time of imminent danger. The image of the mountains, reflected in the mythologies and religions of different nations, were so integral and powerful that they were later translated into social and political symbolism. The meanings of the latter differed from the original idea of the triumph of the mountains and the spirits of the mountains over a weak man, attempts to prove the possibility of people conquering the mountain peaks. This idea of bringing mountains closer to political realities was expressed in the oronims, which were given depending on the socio-political situation. Over time, mankind came to understand environmental responsibility for the fate of mountain ranges.

The world-view of the era in the reflection of architectural space

For this purpose, the following were considered: cosmogonic representation of ancient civilizations, ancient Greek and Roman culture with a characteristic order construction of architectural space; culture of theocratic society with the Christian religion (with a basilical and cross-domed solution of the temple). Socio-philosophical analysis of politics, morality and law as elements of social regulation

The article pays special attention to the analysis of the role and peculiarities of politics, morality and law in the sphere of social regulation. The author refers to the phenomenon not to describe it, but to determine its essence. The article reveals that among all forms of social consciousness in social regulation a special place belongs to politics, political relations. This is manifested in the fact that politics affects not only all forms of social consciousness, but also goes beyond the relationship of classes, social groups, etc. in the sphere of economy (production, distribution and exchange). At the same time, the most important role of politics in the regulation of social relations is still that the political interests of the dominant political forces find their expression in legal views and legal provisions. The scientific novelty consists in the substantiation that the spiritual crisis that has developed in our country, first of all, is connected with the awareness of spirituality as a value intention of a person. At the same time, special attention in social regulation is paid to the leading role of politics and political relations in relation to law and morality. At the same time, the article reveals the reverse influence of law and morality on politics and political relations.

Key words: politics, morality, law, elements, social regulation, interconnection, behavior.

Public services in the modern information society

Public services are the functions of public authorities and their implementation on a new information and communication basis. Public services are provided by executive bodies, their institutions, in direct interaction with citizens, while state bodies can execute them not only independently, but also delegate the performance to local authorities, as well as organize their performance by commercial and non-profit organizations. Social services are allocated depending on the sphere in which these services are provided, which in itself confirms their generally significant orientation and puts them on a par with public services. A separate area of optimization of state and municipal services is improving the procedure for their provision and determining the most demanded state and municipal services.
