External migration as a consequence of the extremely uneven development of the territories of the planet (Report of the International Seminar on "Migration. Development. Agriculture March 20, 2014)
In the article the problem of migration as a consequence of the extremely uneven development of territories is raised. There is a question of creating a social environment, which would be able to form a positive attitude towards the development of its regions. This, according to the author, will reduce the outflow of foreign workers to other regions of the planet.
Keywords: migration, development, society, education, development of territories.

Labor patriotism as a principle of forming international labor collectives
Working migrants leave territories with poor developed infrastructure and economy to find better living conditions and higher wages, but in reality they usually don’t get what they wanted and they get low-paid jobs. It is a strategical necessity to invest in human resources development through elaborating special training programs for managers (including distance ones) for Asian countries on the part of the government of the Russian Federation, international organizations and Russian and foreign investors, who understand the threats and the importance of the development of poor territories. The author highlights that in these programs it is necessary to take into consideration the principle of labor patriotism and the skills how to work in the international team.
Keywords: Migration, international team, society, education.

Discourse of tolerance in multi-religious society
The paper shows two opposing approaches to understanding tolerance: as a passive indifference, destabilizing social relations, and as a constructive rational discourse, which allows to develop effective communication and maintain social integration. Reflecting the effects and paradoxes of tolerance, we determine that the discourse of tolerance is based on the unity of context, mutual recognition of practices, reflection and goal-setting. The article is summarizing a collaborative experience of the author and the American philosopher M. Lucht on issues of tolerance in multi-religious community.
Keywords: tolerance, discourse, criticism, reflection, communication, dialogue, multi-religious society.

Sociocultural problems as a reason of growth of religious extremism
This article takes a look at trends in the emerging role of religion in the spiritual and political life of Russian society, as well as the manipulation of mass consciousness by means of religion. The author analyses the reasons for the increased interest of Russian society to sensual, intuitive cognition based on irrational forms of knowledge. The article speaks about the socio-cultural as well as economic genesis of phenomena such as mass participation in sects, the spread of Wahhabism, anti-Semitism, and other such movements that are based on an irrational perception of reality. As an example the religious situation in the North Caucasus and Dagestan is investigated.
To change the situation in the south of Russia the author offers aspiration to the dialogue between cultures, civilizations because it is a stereotypification of consciousness that is connected with manipulative technologies and gives the distorted idea of this or that religion and conducts to the international and interreligious conflicts. Prevention of such conflicts requires studying cultures, religions and traditions of various peoples, and aspiration to interreligious dialogue.
Keywords: Ethnoconfessionality, globalization,  cognitive dissonance, manipulation, ideological pluralism, religious propaganda.
