On the question of the Russian world: old believers in the middle Urals

In the Petukhova's article examines one of the most tragic episodes in the history of relations between church and state: the Church split of the XVII century, which led to the emergence of such a social group as the old believers. 

The author focuses on the features of the old believers 'settlements in The middle Urals, the life of various old believers' consent, their participation in the great Patriotic war, and advocates the position of the influence of the old believers on the formation of the Russian world.

Article contains results of research of a fragment of the conception of the religious studies by Joachim Wach. A number of universal elements of a religious complex and unique criteria for the definition of religious experience are presented. The presented dialogue is a completely qualitative questioning of consciousness, which seeks to realize itself as a sense-significance - something that any adult usually faces when an educated member of the community addresses him, but with somewhat less experience or still extremely curious. At the same time, this dialogue is also a didactic unit of the educational and upbringing system, since consciousness is only an instrument, a very valuable tool if you know what it is and how to use it.

The role of the media in the implementation of civilian control

The article examines the problem of increasing the control functions of the media for the implementation of the policy of civil control. Modern society requires the media not only to fulfill their informational function, but also to ensure control over the performance of government bodies. The author analyzes some dysfunctions in the interaction of the media as a tool of civil control and state structures and the population due to the political bias of the first and the "opacity" of the second, the low level of activity of the third.

The main vector of the changes is the active participation of the media in the implementation of civilian control: initiation of measures that strengthen public control over the observance of civil rights, participation in the dissemination of public control measures, holding the company in the media, including Internet versions, on social networks, detailed analysis of violations of the rights of the population and the creation of recommendations for their elimination.

Mythologization of the youth's consciousness in Russian information programs

The article gives definitions to the concepts of "mythologization" and "mythology". In modern society, certain myths are formed that affect the audience. The principles of formation of youth consciousness in Russian information programs are considered. Factors influencing the formation of the personality of the adolescent and on his self-relation to his gender identification are given.

Traditions and Innovation in the Development of Contemporary Musical Culture of Tajikistan

The article reviews the issue of traditionalism in the musical culture of Tajikistan. The system of cultural values are traced on examples of vocal-instrumental music "Shashmakom". The article is analysing concepts of "heritage" and "inheritance", it’s influence in Tajik musical culture. The issue of innovation and ethnonational is being raised. The musical styles of different regions of the country are revealed, as well as the features of the metrorhythm. A characteristic feature in the musical folklore of the Tajik people is the connection of the melosy metrorhythm and poetic rhythm. This important circumstance in the Middle Ages drew the attention of scientists. The conclusion is that, despite today's globalization, the musical traditions of the Tajik people are not only preserved, but are also works as foundation of the composer school, which is the main role for the formation of musical culture.

Modeling of system of motivation of staff: analytical review

The role of human resources in improving the efficiency of organizations is undeniable. Modern socio-economic environment requires improvement not so much forms of management as the rational use of labor resources. The use of management process modeling is a rational vector of building an effective system of personnel motivation. In this article, the authors provide an analytical review of theoretical models for building a system of staff motivation. Vectors of refraction of the model range of motivational policy in the framework of modern organization management are indicated.

Forming the values of family culture and responsible parenting of young people

The article emphasizes the role of the young family as one of the main social institutions, the most important function of which is the reproduction of society. The development of such negative trends in the sphere of marriage and family relations in Russia as an increase in the number of divorces is noted. The author emphasizes that the stability of the development of family relations in modern Russia largely depends on the values of young people in relation to family life. The family values of young people are analyzed. It is concluded that there is a need for social and legal and material support for young families within the framework of the implementation of the state family policy, as well as the need to systematically and purposefully influence the value content of the concept of the family among modern youth. The author offers suggestions on the formation of family education in Russia.

The role of social institutions in the process of the formation of social norms of the individual

The article is about with the role of social institutions in the process of the formation of social norms of a personality. In modern society there is a process of institutionalization in cyberspace as a new type of reality. Cyberspace is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon, consisting of different layers and uniting different structures and entities. The process of institutionalization of cyberspace is at the initial stage, since at present there is no single international standard that would regulate social relations on the Internet.
