Approaches and problems on the issue of the church bells museumification
The problem of delimiting museum exhibits and the property of the ROC, seized during the years of Soviet Period becomes acute since the early 2000's. In this connection, a number of questions arises. They are related to the peculiarities of the bell casting and bell selection museumification, taking into account their integrity as a single musical and signal instrument. To solve this problem, the authors consider aspects related to the museumification of church bells at the current stage. Moreover, the terminological limitations of museification "concept" in domestic and foreign literature are determined. One more question is raised. It’s about the possibility of removing bells from the environment of existence. It is necessary to do museumification and acquisition of state institutions in museum funds. The theme of preserving bells in the church environment is touched upon in order to preserve the holistic perception of religious art. Next question the article raises is about the problem of conducting stock work with the most valuable bells and the "bell's passport" is drawn up in the temples and monasteries of the Russian Orthodox Church. It is based on the provisions of the Bells Charter.

The formation of an intercultural personality in the process of learning English at a technical university
The article is devoted to the study of the features of the formation of an intercultural personality in the process of studying English in a technical university. Particular attention is paid to the approaches that must be used in the process of teaching students a foreign language. So, a separate emphasis is placed on various types of dialogue technologies, the need to form a linguistic and professional environment, the potential for using web quests in English classes.

Features of preservation, development and translation of heroic tales of Altaians at the present stage
The author considers modern problems and peculiarities of preservation, development and translation of Altai heroic tales. The need to rethink the traditional types and genres of storytelling art, to educate the younger generation of respect for their origins, is emphasized. Author is note, that the regular holding of international, regional and Republican Kurultai storytellers in the Altai Republic activates the successful study of their national epic by young storytellers.

To the question of the worldview function of the natural science museum
This paper shows the role of the Museum exposition of the Department of Natural zoning and soil formation of the sector Space earth science and environmental management of the Moscow state University. The article outlines the problematic aspects of the activity of expert communities that are involved in the field of culture and art. Theater as a component of artistic culture in the system of the historical aspect of scientific research
The article examines the formation and development of theatrical art from the point of view of the historical aspect of the emergence of art culture in general. Significant factors that have influenced the functions and content of the theatre as a special kind of artistic - aesthetic perception and human study of the world around him are revealed. The purpose of this work was to identify the main trends in changing the theatre system at all stages of social and social development, and to analyze the character, as well as the state of interaction between man and theatrical art in historical phases socialization of humanity.

The Orthodox Culture of Russian Emigrants in Harbin
This paper mainly discusses the Orthodox culture of Russian emigrants in Harbin. With the construction of Chinese Eastern Railway, Harbin is gradually rising up. The influx of a large number of Russian emigrants brought the Orthodox to Harbin, whose faith and the way of life caused by it are reflected in every aspect of the Russian emigrants’ life in Harbin. The innovation point of this paper is to explore the origin of the Orthodox culture, to discuss its role in promoting the education, music and publishing industry in Harbin by exploring the above three aspects of the Orthodox religious of Russian emigrants in Harbin, so as to reveal the role of the Orthodox in promoting the cultural exchange between China and Russia. This paper uses the methods of historical study, comparative study and literature research.

The problem of correct interpretation of the terms of big and small jihad in Islam
In the article, the author touches on the problem of the correct interpretation of the concept of “jihad” of the Muslim doctrinal ideological system, which is quite complex in the substantive aspect, which in its meaning is divided into “big or great jihad,” in other words, the effort on the path to God, based on the basic principles of spiritual and moral values , and “small or defensive jihad,” for self-defense. The author of the article gives a fairly complete definition of the above concepts, using the scientific works of Russian and European scholars of Oriental and Islamic studies.

Diplomatic Interreligious Dialogue
The article analyzes the interaction between the leaders of religious communities and other high-level officials, which the author refers to as “diplomatic interreligious dialogue”. Considering the inter-religious dialogue as a whole, the author proposes to separate two spheres: “theological” (correlation of religions as worldview systems) and “convivenentional (the interaction of religions as social institutions, the promotion of their harmonious coexistence).” The goals, principles and forms of the implementation of the diplomatic dialogue are described. Among the principles are following stand: institutional nature, secular-oriented discourse, measurement of state-religious relations, regularity, symbolic meaning. The author considers the forms of implementation of diplomatic inter-religious dialogue - contacts initiated by the state and religious communities at different levels (regional, national, international, conceptual).

Ethical and legal problems of the relationship of Islam to surrogate motherhood
The article provides a detailed analysis of the attitude of representatives of the Islamic world to the problem of surrogate motherhood. The conservative nature of the permissibility of these methods is emphasized, which is expressed in one principle: the use of assisted reproductive technologies is permissible only when it comes only to the husband and wife. It is absolutely not permitted to use a third party. Thus, Islam considers surrogacy to be unnatural and morally unacceptable even when it is carried out on a non-profit basis.

Religion as a way of constructing an ethnic boundary: Crimean experience
Religion is not only an important factor of creating a culture. In the process of constructing national identity, it acts as an important symbol of drawing ethnic boundaries. In a situation of reducing the scope of national and ethnic culture in the modern world, religion becomes an important factor of preventing assimilation. Examples are shown of how Crimean ethnic groups (Crimean Tatars and Karaites) use religion as a symbolic boundary constituting their ethnic community.

Religion in the modern world
Object of the analysis of article is modern processes in religious sphere. The author considers the conditions conducting to revival of religion, religious trends of the modern world, the phenomenon secularism and postsecularism are investigated. Dependence of course of religious processes on specificity of a historical and social context is traced. The factors promoting a demand of religious installations by a society of a postmodern and processes of globalisation are analyzed. Influence of a phenomenon of the religious renaissance on processes of ethnocultural identification is analyzed.

Conceptualization of the concept of "social competence"
Social competence is a rather complex phenomenon in which many structural elements are al-located, and the positions of researchers regarding their content and structure differ markedly. The ten-dency to the widespread dissemination of the notions of “social competence”, “social competency” and, at the same time, the inconsistent of their interpretation are related to such negative consequences as indeterminate content, blurring of the lines, one-sided discussions, limited possibilities of measure-ment and stimulating social competence. Different competencies are characterized, first of all, by their object (scope of application) and subject (nature of application). The scope of the application of social competence is society, the subject of the application is social interaction. Social competence is defined as the ability and willingness of the subject to effective social interaction.

Theoretical model of social reproduction of the city
The city is not only a territorial settlement, but also a social entity, which is in a continuous process of reproduction. The nature of this reproduction is ultimately determined by the role of the city as a social intermediary between reproductive processes at the personal and societal levels. The feasibility of highlighting the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the reproduction of the city, its simple, expanded and narrowed views, is substantiated. Such characteristics of the city's social reproduction as territorial isolation, relative socio-economic "self-sufficiency", urban identity, and self-government potential are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of urban identity, the unity of its social and emotional components. Identity is revealed through membership (involvement in the urban community), recognition of social (urban) influence, integration into urban society, shared emotional connections. The criterion for the maturity of urban communities is defined, namely their ability to self-organize and self-government, their self-government potential.

Social communication is essential component of management processes in the business world. It is a key to building strong team. Clear and effective communication between employees, managers, and top executives translates into healthy and successful business environment. Emotional intelligence is a modern concept that is believed to be a key skill when focusing on personal and business performance.
The article examines negative effects poor social communication has on the business environment and introduces emotional intelligence as one of the most important concepts of success and management activity, breaking down 3 competencies in two major dimensions based on the KAB model.

Youth policy as a factor of social development of youth of the Pridnestrovian Moldovan republic
Youth is of particular value to any state, because it is the future of the whole nation. The author highlights the implementation of social projects in the field of youth policy, confirming that Transnistria is actively working to create conditions for the self-realization of youth and its inclusion in solving a number of problems. The issues of youth participation in the socio-political life of the Transdniestrian Moldavian Republic are considered.

Life orientations of technical college students
In the article proposes structural model of life orientations, which includes nine components: value orientations, meaning-life orientations, orientations in social space and time, orientations for achieving life success, trajectories of personal self-realization, personal orientations, professional and labor orientations, instrumental orientations, normative orientations. The results of sociological surveys conducted among students of technical colleges in Gubkin, Moscow and Stary Oskol are generalized and presented. It was discovered that the most significant values for students are “family, family relations”, “material well-being”, “health: one's own and those close to one”. They are dominated by subjective models for achieving life success. The vast majority feels the need to personal self-realization. The most attractive and desirable for them are such personal qualities as independence, de-termination, perseverance, energy, education, sociability, determination and will. “Good job” is asso-ciated primarily with high salaries, prestige, and interesting content.

“New Social Movements”: Paradigm Analysis and Research Methodology
The article presents the paradigm of "new social movements", defines its characteristics, the essence of the concept of "social movement" in the framework of this paradigm. The article attempts to determine the theoretical and methodological foundations in order to analyze the "new social movements." The feasibility of applying new sociological concepts in the study of "new social movements" is analyzed. It is determined that the paradigm of “new social movements” is characterized by significant potential in the analysis of protest movements of our time.
