Motives and images of the latish graphics in the context of problems of formation of the national identity of the turn of the XIX and XX centuries
The article provides an analysis of the main motives and images of graphics of Latvian artists of the Art Nouveau era in the context of the problems of the formation of national identity at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The work analyzes motifs that convey the meaning and beauty of nature (including national), as well as an important and supranational theme, which is death and its attributes. The symbols that are reflected in the art of Latvia of the period under review, according to the Latvian cultural figures of that time, reflect the desire of mankind to search for ways of salvation. All natural phenomena depicted in graphic works were interpreted by artists in a symbolist, mythological context. And here mythology is an important component of the system of formation of national identification.

Cultural analysis of the life and work of Maria Vasnetsova, a representative of the ancient Vyatka family of Vasnetsov, priests, teachers, artists
This article is aimed at creating interest among the younger generation in the historical past of the Motherland, fostering respect for teaching during the civil and great Patriotic wars, and increasing the importance of the teaching profession for society. The article considers the contribution of Kuznetsova (Vasnetsova) Maria Nikolaevna, a teacher, a knight of the order of Lenin, a representative of the ancient Vyatka family of Vasnetsov-priests, teachers, artists in the enlightenment of the younger generation during the war years. The relevance of this topic is that on the eve of the 75th anniversary of the Victory of the soviet people in the great Patriotic war, the processes of falsification of its history and results have become more active. Therefore, it is very important to educate the younger generation to respect the feat performed by the soviet people. Due to the difficult socio-economic situation in the country, the value of teachers‘ work is falling. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate respect for the work of teachers who, thanks to their selfless work, saved many generations of schoolchildren from illiteracy, and who continue to perform feats today, helping their students overcome their problems. The purpose of this article is to expand young people’s knowledge about the civil and great Patriotic wars; to acquaint with the heroism of the teachers who worked in those terrible years for the country; to expand the idea of the famous kind Vasnetsov, to show that the history of this surname is fraught with many mysteries, the secret of which still remains. The material of the article may be of interest to professional historians who know the methods of monographic research, as well as to a wide range of people interested in preserving the history and culture of their country. The Vasnetsovs are talented artists, outstanding teachers, and priests who have made a huge contribution to the development of spiritual and material culture in Russia. As a rule, our knowledge of this glorious genus is limited only to the knowledge of the work of the brothers artists: Viktor Mikhailovich and Apollinari Mikhailovich. However, no less remarkable are other representatives of this genus, who have left a noticeable mark on our history and now contribute to the preservation of Russian spirituality, science and culture. One of them will be discussed in this article. Goals of this article: on the example of selfless service to the Motherland Kuznetsova (Vasnetsova) Maria Nikolaevna to expand the idea of the famous Vasnetsov family, to show that the history of this surname is fraught with many mysteries, the solution of which is still to be found. The material of the article may be of interest to professional historians who know the methods of monographic research, as well as to a wide range of people interested in preserving the history and culture of their country.

Contemporary problems of forming a management culture
Successful organization depends on creating a strong organizational culture built on a shared set of beliefs, norms and values supported by strategy of development (development strategies) and structure of a modern enterprise. For a company to work effectively, it’s suggested (implied) that employees clearly know how to respond to any situation and are confident that they will be rewarded for their commitment to the company’s values.
The article examines key focus elements of organizational culture, role of human resources in establishing, assessing and managing one, using suggestions and business focus of an international company.

In this article the value bases of creative heritage of storytellers of Siberia are considered. In analyzing the heroic tales, the author drew attention to the performance characteristics of the indigenous peoples of the region. Due to the sufficiency of remoteness of different civilizations, oral poetry has become an important source for comparative historical research.

Some aspects of religious extremism
The object of the article is the phenomenon of extremism, and the subject is the features of religious extremism. The author analyzes the concept of "religious extremism", shows its difference from other types of extremism, and considers the conditions for its occurrence. Social, economic, and cultural factors that contribute to the emergence of the ideology of extremism and its negative impact on individual and mass consciousness and behavior are studied. The author studies the processes of politicization of religion and its identification with the ethnic factor. It shows how the phenomenon of extremism is used as a way to achieve certain goals. The methodological basis of the research is based on the dialectical principles of objectivity and concreteness, which allowed us to analyze the phenomenon of extremism as a whole. The scientific novelty consists in the substantiation of the following provisions: 1) religious extremism is one of the phenomena caused by social and political-economic conditions; 2) the causes of religious extremism can be explained by psycho-emotional factors; 3) religious extremism can be used as a tool for realizing various kinds of aspirations.

The attitude of Christianity to surrogacy
The article analyzes the question of how Christianity relates to a person’s desire to be a Creator himself. Indeed, from a religious point of view, it is possible to characterize the phenomenon of modern medicine - in vitro fertilization.
In the modern world, a woman can become pregnant without intercourse, doctors transplant a heart, and so on. This circumstance testifies to the fact that a person from the servant of God turns into the Creator. Does the Christian religion characterize individuals such as the people who built the Tower of Babel? Finding the answer to this question is the central task of this study.

On the topic of the boundaries between scientific and religious forms of consciousness
The article compares the scientific and religious forms of consciousness. It is indicated that the borders between them are conditional. The author confirms the validity of the criticism, which concerns both primitive varieties of religiosity and simplified approaches to scientific ideas.

Religious renaissance: some aspects
Object of the analysis of article is the phenomenon of the religious Renaissance. The author considers the conditions conducting to revival of religion, religious trends of the modern world, the phenomenon secularism and postsecularism are investigated. Dependence of course of religious processes on specificity of a historical and social context is traced. The factors promoting a demand of religious installations by a society of a postmodern and processes of globalisation are analyzed. Influence of a phenomenon of the religious renaissance on processes of ethnocultural identification is analyzed.

The categoricality of philosophical knowledge as a decisive factor in its self-determination
The article is devoted to elucidating the basic determinants of self-determination of philosophical knowledge. The author considers logical knowledge to be such, the beginning of which was laid by Aristotle, and especially his deductive system, namely syllogistics, and categorical knowledge, whose internal nature is largely "clarified" in the philosophical systems of Kant and Hegel. In interdependent unity, both logical and categorical knowledge provides, according to the author of the article, a holistic comprehension of reality in its necessary connections and relationships, and overcomes the inevitable contradiction between the material world and the ideal world.

European parliamentary democracies: an analysis of institutional-political and constitutional legal types
The article analyzes the institutional and constitutional-legal features and determinants of parliamentary democracies. Based on the analysis, system types of positive and negative parliamentarism are identified. It is shown that the votes of confidence in the government’s offices implemented in parliaments become a significant factor in determining parliamentary democracies. The signs of positive and negative parliamentarism systems are determined, their examples are given in European countries.

The concept of meritocracy in modern philosophical and sociological discourse
The concept of meritocracy, having appeared in the middle of the twentieth century, was a continuation of the technocratic ideas of managing society that arose after the scientific and technological revolution. The article discusses the main aspects of the emergence and further transformation of the concept of meritocracy. The analysis of the features of the use of the concept of "meritocracy" in the modern philosophical and sociological discourse. The experience of the implementation of the principles of meritocracy in the formation of the political elite on the example of various countries is demonstrated.

Factors of modernization of social institutions
Based on the analysis of sociological research, in particular, followers of the neo-institutional direction, the article identifies the leading factors in the dynamics of social institutions and the institutional system of society. The main among the factors considered is the factor of modernization of generally accepted values. In addition, the article analyzes such factors as the confrontation between the essential content and organizational structure of social institutions, the action of individual and group agents of social institutions. The article also considers the problem of various levels of rationality as a factor in the transformation of modern society.

Analysis on alienation of consumption in the Chinese trade carnival «Double eleven» November 11
The article is devoted to the alienation of the consumption of a special sales season in China - the “double eleven” carnival, and the reason and influence in Chinese societies is clarified.
The article analyzes the social conditions of the emergence, formation and development of the sales season. It is emphasized that Chinese scientists, adapting foreign theories, models, concepts to explain the characteristics of Chinese society and the economy, are focused on creating their own, specific approach to studying the problems and prospects of China's socio-economic development.The article first used original sources (in Chinese) about the formation and development of sociology and the sales season in China, new authors were shown whose work is devoted to the study of the formation of Chinese sociology. The article discusses the history of formation and contemporary problems of research in the field of economic sociology in the People's Republic of China. Attention is drawn to the fact that Chinese sociologists consider economic sociology as a direction of sociological research, focused on studying the social aspects of the radical economic changes that have occurred in China in recent decades.
The author believes that to realize the harmonious development of society, to build a beautiful society is the social ideal that humanity strives for, this is the social goal that Marxism sets. K. Marx once spoke of an ideal, harmonious society, where "the contradictions between man and nature, conflicts between people will be completely destroyed." The author also believes that this topic is very relevant and has great theoretical significance for understanding the prospects for the development of Chinese society.

Formation of a culture of safe behavior in fire risk conditions
Ongoing changes in technical and innovative processes generate an increase in the amount of risk and its consequences. Risk is directly related to human activity, and is created in the course of its life. Basic norms, values, knowledge, as well as cultural features of personal development, which form a culture of safe behavior in society, have a special impact on a person's life activity, which has a direct impact on the dynamics of risk. The purpose of the analysis is to determine the relationship between risk and a culture of safe behavior, as well as the conditions for its formation. According to the results of the study, it is clear that the formation of a culture of safe behavior in society should be carried out evenly and evenly throughout the entire period of human life, which will ensure a high degree of security of society. The assimilation and development of a culture of safe behavior is realized as a result of a number of measures and processes, which include prevention among the population and changing (improving) the standard of living and culture of society. With regard to reducing the consequences of risk it is worth highlighting the method of property insurance, through which it is possible to minimize the consequences of the risk. At the same time, the formation of a culture of safe behavior should be carried out on the basis of explanatory work carried out in the society, as well as improving the effectiveness of the social institutions of Russian society. Improving literacy, culture, and the adoption of correct norms and values will contribute to improving the level of personal and public safety.

Non-traditional orthodox theological discourse of Alexander Men
Today Russian society is more and more characterized by the escalating of interreligious arguments. There is some real background for stating this fact. Perfunctory (superficial) eastern theological knowledge and biased pseudoscientific concepts lead to stable prejudice against unfamiliar and merely understandable religions. That is why it is so important when analyzing and putting into practice interreligious relations aiming at finding touch points and lowering the tension to be supported by the experience of eastern theologians, philosophers and religious scholars who tended to dialogue and tolerance in relation to dissent people. In this article are covered the conceptual views of the priest of the Russian Orthodox Church Alexander Men. Philosophy theological concepts of Alexander Men which were not commonly accepted among conservative orthodox Russians yet let this theologian, philosopher and religious historian give consideration to meaningful amount of humanitarian problems of contemporaneity leaving a deep trace in Russian philosophy-religious thought. On this basis there is an outline to be made about significant opportunities of tolerant behaviour and a dialogue even in a conservative or a radical society.
