The first classes in teaching the playing piano in China were carried out by mission. As an accompaniment tool, they used a piano, widely used in music courses in church schools. Issues of information inequality in relation to its socio-economic consequences

In this paper, the issues of information inequality are considered in their possibility of negative consequences in the economic and social sphere of society. In the strategic plan, it is necessary to take into account such an unacceptable probability for the public life of the world. Modern society is beginning to be divided into two classes: the elite connected to information networks, who have access to information systems and to those who do not have such access and, accordingly, do not use it in everyday life. The consequences of digitalization may be an increase in unemployment and a drop in satisfaction with their activities on the part of medium-skilled workers, which will lead to an even greater stratification of society with subsequent social tension. There is a new specific social system of persons who own the corresponding intellectual capital, where the information component takes priority. The discrepancy between the existing aging skills of employees to the new vacant places of digital content is predicted. Information inequality also generates its special derivative forms in the form of a halt in information development and, as a result, to information illiteracy at a different level, based on the development of digital systems. To minimize digital inequality, it is necessary to significantly improve the quality of life of the population, since they provide access to more information, simplify access to education, medical information, consumer goods through online purchases, etc. It is necessary to create extremely equal opportunities for the massive implementation of educational measures to overcome the imbalance under consideration through the implementation of appropriate state policy through the implementation of developed national projects.

Key words: Internet, information and communication spheres, information inequality, information technology, digitalization, digital divide.
